Amazing view over the mountains and sea from our bed. Waking up to this view was truly special. We received a free upgrade from a jungle-view room to a mountain-view room. The room was very clean and modern, with high-quality materials. The staff—especially our host Enzo—were extremely helpful and always striving to ensure we had the best possible experience. The hotel offers many on-site activities, from ziplining to jungle night walks. We took the Nature Reserve tour, and our guide José was fantastic. During the tour, we spotted three sloths, monkeys, macaws, and toucans.

Hotel Noaz was exceptional! From the moment we arrived, Jeank at the front desk was helpful giving us information and booking our tours into the National Park! Oscar took extra time each morning when serving breakfast sharing information about Costa Rican food, and Francini in the bar and at dinner was a wonderful server! Everyone at the hotel took such good care of us! The service was of the highest quality! The hotel itself is modern, inviting and very clean! The beds are so comfortable! We really enjoyed the balcony off our room in the early morning and evenings! The neighbourhood monkey’s put on a good show one night! The pool and lounge chairs invite daytime relaxation! Honestly, I’m so happy we booked Hotel Noaz! Perfect location and great hotel!

We had a fabulous stay at Gaia for my partners birthday at the end of our stay in Costa Rica. The food was a particular highlight, we had the Mahi Mahi and the tuna steak, both delicious. breakfast was also perfect. special mention to staff Nelson in the restaurant and concierge Carlos. Also the owner Boris said hello at breakfast and was so kind and welcoming. we had a great time at the pool and ordered drinks and nachos and all staff so helpful bringing towels and asking if we needed anything. Overall a fantastic stay.

Excellent location. High standard room. Very clean and special. Charming and helpful staff. Very good restaurant. A hotel that also carries out activities to preserve nature in a professional and serious manner. The hotel assigned us a staff member, Gary, a courteous professional with an amazing sense of service and tourism. Gary accompanied us for another two or three weeks before arrival, offered us service, and was available for any questions and requests even during our stay.

Everything! Most av all the friendly athomsfere from staff and the monkeys that you could see every morning and afternoon from the premises.We stayed in two different rooms, the room close to the road is not recommended as you will hear the traffic and not see the beautiful garden.

Staff is super friendly and very helpful with recommendations for tour, national park, etc. Got an upgrade for a bigger room given availability as well-thank you. Breakfast is super complete and there are different options. The view is amazing and you can spot so many animals while enjoying your breakfast :) There are 3 available pools all super clean and big. The room was cleaned daily with change of towels. Towels for the pool also available in the room. There is also a water fountain where you can fill in your bottles. Great location with parking lot available.
