The place itself is very clean and tidy. You really feel at home and cozy. The terrace is incredible. Its big and has multiple couches and tables for any activity (eat/work/chill), hammock - all that overlooking the pool and beatifull surroundings. It has lights and power sockets there as well as a ceiling fan, so you can really be there any time of the day. An excellent opportunity to spot some animals and birds right by your house. We even had baby birds being born on the terrace during our stay. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. The only place that actually had it all. Pool temperature was perfect, one of the best we had in 3 month travel. And generally built comfortably with sitting area, deep area and a shallow, really nice. Has pool beds and hammock by the side of the pool with tables. Also it closes pretty late compared to other hotels (20 or 22 dont actually remember the exact time but it was late enough). The place is surrounded by beautiful high bamboo trees upfront, green mountain litteraly on the bedroom side and a lot of green big trees in which you could spot a lot of things. We happen to see toucans, squirrels and other diferents colorful birds, even Macau passing by. And at night its a symphony of sounds. The host, RJ, was really nice and polite, came to greet us at our arrival, suggested upfront an early checkin without us even asking and was okay with a late check-out. Recommended a good places to eat and to get a drink. Road to the place is about 5 min on gravel , but alongside a beatifuly running river between the green trees. 5 min drive theres stores, supermarket, restaurants and bars. 20min drive to Uvita.

Perfect location, a bit out of the main strip, and still just 150 meters from the beach. We had a kitchenette room, with everything we needed. Lush gardens and friendly staff. Special thanks to Vince the Cat, who adopted us for our entire five night stay. Free parking right outside, and a locked gate which made the area seem very safe.

Paradiselodge makes an exceptional stay…would highly recommend! Spotlessly clean, super comfy large bed, great breakfast, lovely hot shower, amazing view over the valley with waterfall from the bed and incredibly welcoming hosts. Note there is a well equipped kitchenette to prepare meals, a terrace to relax & dine, a lovely pool to use at all times, sun beds & umbrellas, trails to explore the estate, remote secure gate & boundary. All this in a great position to explore by car the beautiful nearby beaches & Nauyaca waterfalls, which is next door. The hosts Annett, Fritz & Peter have an immense wealth of knowledge about the local area & will help with suggesting tours, restaurants & places of interest. 10/10 well done team ParadiseLodge! 🤩
