Amazing view of the volcano, the gardens are beautiful and well maintained. Managed to see a few animals on the property, e.g. iguana. The room offered lots of privacy. Breakfast buffet had excellent choice. Staff very welcoming on arrival. Great facilities including swimming pools, spa, restaurants. Excellent value for money. Arenal is a great destination too, with so much to do.

Everything was AMAZING!!! Maravilloso, sin palavras. Es el paradiso! Un veradero paradiso. Piscinas maravillosas, limpio, poca gente, unas condiciones absolutamente inigualables! Absolute service heaven! Rarely experience such a perfectly run service Organisation in a hotel as at Arenal Springs (even comparing to 5 stars). Wherever you go or what you do (Spa, reception, Pool bar, restaurant, housekeeping, …) the staff is attentive and proactive. Rooms are a perfect 4 star international standard. good quality restaurants on site. lovely pool area.
