It was a great resort to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. We were super happy about that after couple of busy days in Manuel Antonio and Quepos. The resort is just next to peaceful beach, where no one tries to sell you something or give a massage, etc, etc.

    Small town with everything you need within walking distance. Nice beach with natural baths. Local Attraction: Siren sitting on a shell in the ocean. At low tide, you can walk up to it and take a picture.

    Right on the beach!

    Right on the beach! We had lots of fun swimming, great sunrise and sunsets! We like the fact that we were off the beaten path. I don't think we ever saw more than 20-30 people on the beach the entire time we were there. Charlie dont surf, but every morning there were about 5-10 surfers doin what surfers do most were gone by 8am.

    It is nice hotel with small pool near the beach. Rooms are comfortable and bigger you have needed area for all you things and baggages. Beach is calm and the sea is not deep - it should be good for families with children. For us it was nice place for last day near the sea. In Esterillos we saw more than 30 parrots Ara :D ... We can recommend this place!

    Great location! Esterillos is a quiet and a bit neglected village between Jaco and Quepos, which makes it great if you want a superb uncrowded beach with loads of scarlet macaws right behind the door. The staff was nice and helpful, the breakfast very good, the sunrises and sunsets superb... would return again at once.

    Beautiful hotel in a great location! Breakfast was delicious – you can choose from a menu, and everything is freshly prepared. In the evening, we ate at Two Parrots – very friendly service and a lovely view. A special thank you to Alfonso at the reception, who was extremely helpful.

    Staff is very friedly and helpfull, specialy Jean. His service is great. Rooms are clean with nice back garden. There is voleyball court, fitness, ping pong, table fotbal available. A lot of activities to do at place. The beach is 10 minutes walk from hotel.

    Hotel is on a hill just off the highway with views of the surrounding area including the pacific. Has a couple of swimming pools, one of which is an infinity pool with swim up bar. Plenty of sitting areas facing the ocean. Food was very good.
