Great location, the swimming pool in front of the fort is amazing. It is only a 10/15 minute walk to the historical central. We arrived extremely early (9am) and they checked us in at no additional cost. We also got an upgrade as the room we had booked had some issues! The staff was lovely and always available. We were able to leave our bags after checkout too. The breakfast was lovely too. Would stay here again!

The location is very comfortable near the airport and it's close to the downtown with a taxi. The staff is very nice, helpful and friendly. The area was overall not too noisy and when we had complaints about our neighbours, the receptionist and security handled it professionally and quickly. The room was cozy, frequently cleaned and we were given an ocean view unit due to our longer stay. The restaurant and bar offers tasty and affordable local and international dishes. The top floor swimming pool is very cozy and had a great view on the city especially at night. All the facilities in general are well kept and maintained, they're cleaning very often. There's a tour desk on the first floor which is very convenient if you're planning some trips. Booking is easy and straightforward.

Fred(english speaking) is BEST, And i mean in seriously, this Guy was our savior, He helped us with everything, where to eat, what to see, how to get there, other personal was really kind even we did not understand each other, everything was perfect for us, maybe one of a kind. Also we decided to stay 3 more days because we liked here a lot. I can only say good things about our stay. We have no issue, no problem. Hope we will meet Fred in every possible hotel we stay.

We loved this place!! Freezing cold air conditioning and for a small extra fee you can check out at 6pm!! The ultimate hotel for check out with a hangover!! Great staff, super close to a grocery store.
