The hotel is so near the airport that you can walk there if you want, the same is about the beach, it is 5min distance and you can swim there. The place is owned by a lovely family, they even offered to pick me up with their car in Santa Marta! Room is clean, everything is as described. There are 2 small shops in this area, if you are lost ask in the shops which door is the place. You need to knock the door to get in or call the owner:) this i is very lovely and safe place. Totally recommend it!

Staying at Lily's place, even though it was only for one night, was amazing. She is such a lovely person and her house is so cute as well. She helped me with everything I needed. I recommend this place to everyone, not only because it's near the airport and the beach, but you feel so welcome there that you don't even want to leave.
