There is basically not much to see in Neiva from a turistic...
There is basically not much to see in Neiva from a turistic point of view. They have an archeological museum but it is closed at the weekends. The waterfront is pretty badly maintained and not much of the river water can be seen. Some of the food vendors in the market take advantage of the foreigners and double the prices. Unless you are really interested in seeing what this city looks like, it is not worth it. Since I’m traveling alone, I did the tour of the desert with them, which was good enough. however I would maybe suggest to do the tour with a tuk tuk from Villavieja or similar if your are in a group because you can tell the driver where to go and do not have forced stops (for me the pool was absolutely not worth it, and we did not really enter the gray desert, which was a bit disappointing).Guest review byDalila LauraItaly
