They took really good care, when there was no bottled water they went out in the middle of the night to get it. It was a nice chilling place, the music was kept down to the minimum. I got all the info I needed on how to get around. The bus was particularly useful to get to town. There was a lovely natural pool of water few hundred meters away and there were other places within easy reach to swim.

This is a wonderful hotel on the North end of town, a 15 min walk to the airport and approx 15 min walk from the port or Parque Santander to see the parrots at twilight. The facilites are very clean (one of the cleanest floors I've seen anywhere in the world!) and whoever makes the beds could win competitions. The AC and fans in the room were incredible after a few days in the Amazon. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits, jugo, eggs, bread and coffee. The supermercado Hiper is very close which was very convenient for supplies. There is a military academy and Red Cross office nearby and the area felt safe, even for a solo female traveller. The highlight is the staff - I had one of the warmest welcomes I have had in Colombia, and felt very well cared for by all the staff. The dog Waira is a real cutie. It was a perfect idiotic place to spend a few days after our trip to jungle and we wanted to stay around for a bit longer but outside of noisy city life of Leticia. Close enough to take a boat taxi or ask owner to organise it for 10min ride one way. The magical place of Cabaña Flotante Kurupira helped to relax a lot! Great healthy food always freshly made by a stuff located at the place. Possibility to jump and swim in the river YES! A very warm welcome and support from the owner and from entire team made this stay a simple dream!

Everything was good. Staff, room location breakfast. Near Santander Park, where parakeets party at dusk every day. I left a bag there when I went to Puerto Nariño.

The hosts are really nice and helpful. The room was clean and has AC. The location is not in the center of Leticia but can be easily reached by taxi, tuc-tuc ou mototaxi from the Airport or the town. I recommand 100% :)
