They took really good care, when there was no bottled water they went out in the middle of the night to get it. It was a nice chilling place, the music was kept down to the minimum. I got all the info I needed on how to get around. The bus was particularly useful to get to town. There was a lovely natural pool of water few hundred meters away and there were other places within easy reach to swim.

This is a wonderful hotel on the North end of town, a 15 min walk to the airport and approx 15 min walk from the port or Parque Santander to see the parrots at twilight. The facilites are very clean (one of the cleanest floors I've seen anywhere in the world!) and whoever makes the beds could win competitions. The AC and fans in the room were incredible after a few days in the Amazon. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits, jugo, eggs, bread and coffee. The supermercado Hiper is very close which was very convenient for supplies. There is a military academy and Red Cross office nearby and the area felt safe, even for a solo female traveller. The highlight is the staff - I had one of the warmest welcomes I have had in Colombia, and felt very well cared for by all the staff. The dog Waira is a real cutie. Service was incredible. Prompt and very friendly. My daughter got sick while we were here and they were very helpful. They brought us Tylenol and Gatorade and let us move our travel itinerary around.

You can be GAVA's family! GAVA's was so comfortable hotel for me. Room was crean and had new model air controler. And hotel family were so friendly! They will help you if you tell them your probrem. Prease don't worry about English cominucation with them because they have transration application in their phones. Just one point, hotel GAVA's amazones plasing little bit far from city center so almost taxi driver don't know where it is. You should tell taxi driver "GAVA's amazones restaurant in barrio costa rica when you ahead to this hotel. Enjoy your stay!

It was a perfect idiotic place to spend a few days after our trip to jungle and we wanted to stay around for a bit longer but outside of noisy city life of Leticia. Close enough to take a boat taxi or ask owner to organise it for 10min ride one way. The magical place of Cabaña Flotante Kurupira helped to relax a lot! Great healthy food always freshly made by a stuff located at the place. Possibility to jump and swim in the river YES! A very warm welcome and support from the owner and from entire team made this stay a simple dream!

Loved this hotel! Surrounded by nature on the outskirts, pet parrots and dogs! New year in the pool will always be memorable. Nice breakfast included. Very clean room with air con and good bathroom. Just loved it here :)

Perfect stay in lovely Leticia! We returned here after our Amazonas trip and we really enjoyed our time here. The room was clean and spacious enough for our family of 4. The kids loved the swimming pool and we enjoyed the hammocks and relax chairs around the pool. As a small hotel, Utuane offered a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere and that was just what we needed. The city center of Leticia is easily and affordably accessible by tuk-tuk, and the reception staff is more than happy to assist with calling one, ordering a pizza, or anything else you might need. Overall very laidback place and would absolutely recommend.
