I spent a nice week at this hostel located right on the main square. The staff were amazing - helpful and friendly. The entire hostel was kept very clean the entire time. Pool and sauna were a nice touch. Perfect wifi for my online work - not always a sure thing in Colombia.

The location is amazing. Fantastic view over San Gil. Spacious balcony with a big sunbed to fit 2 or even 4 people. The family is very nice and helpful. We laughed a lot with them. The temperature of the jacuzzi is perfect and it even has a waterfall. To top it off: the condominium has an enormous outside pool on the top of the mountain with amazing views. Free to use. Not even advertised, but it is incredible 😃😃 The condominium has a gate with security, so safety is a 10

The staff were very helpful and super friendly. However, there are few reception staff for the size of the hotel, so the check in can take a bit of time. But they are very helpful and lovely people, so it’s not an issue. The rooms were good and clean. The swimming pool was great and very clean. Perfect to cool off. Moreover, they have a great restaurant next to the hotel, with amazing hamburgers!
