We are amazed by the staff. They were helpful, friendly, did our check in very quick and we had to check out very early in the morning so we asked them to arrange our breakfast as a take away and they were more than happy to help. The view of the hotel was speechless. We were lucky to be there before sunset and had a chance to finish the day with a stunning sunset view. The room size was adequate, beds were comfy, bathroom was very clean and modernly designed.

The perfect spot to visit Termales and the one I will always use from now. Liliana was absolutely incredible, she resolved all my issues way before we checked-in and made sure that we enjoyed ourselves to the best by giving us tips and recommendations. Amazing place, very calm and chill. The area around is a gem! A beautiful park down the river, everything taken care and we'll maintained. The double room was spacious and comfortable. Sound isolation was missing a bit, as the river noise is penetrating, however you get used to it and can sleep fine. Breakfast was served to the terrasse with an unforgettable view. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. Made us feel as home.

It is a very special glamping, we had really nice stay! The Employees were very friendly, the food was great and the communication prior/during the stay was fast and easy. The owner is super friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. He helped us organise our reservation for the Thermal Spas (we recommend the morning session at San Vincente). He checked-in with us every day, to see how we slept, how our day was, and if we might need anything. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff were kind enough to offer us coffee & tea throughout the day. The property is even more beautiful than in the photos, and there are a few little road-side spots to grab supper. There is a very sweet dog on the property. The rooms are beautiful, as are the views. The shower water was hot (enough) and housekeeping comes daily. There were many sweet spots to hang out, such as little covered "kioskos." We were offered a parting gift and cannot recommend this property enough.
