This property is a little place of heaven. The cabin we booked had its private terrace in the back of the cabin overlooking the mountain. You can literally watch the sunrise from your bed if you keep the door open. The entire property is like a farm, the owners have ostriches, geese, horses, lamas, rooster and hens, dogs and parrots. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. The lady who runs the place was super nice and showed us the animals even had us feed the speaking parrot. An absolute gem this accommodation. For breakfast and dinner we ate at the finca as there are no restaurants around unless you go into Ibague, but it was all worth it, the food was super nice and freshly made for us.

We loved the place the moment we saw the garden. It is absolutely stunning! Jungle covered mountains in all directions! Fantastic! The hosts are very kind and friendly. A lovely couple! The village is very pretty and the people are friendly. It's a shame we couldn't stay for longer!

Great location on the lively pedestrianized central street means there's some noise during the day but it dies down quickly by 10PM in the evening and combined with the room's AC unit doubling as a fan it was easy to sleep and the beds were comfortable. If you're going to be in Ibague for a few days and are travelling for tourism it really is the area you want to be in, and this is a solid value option with the breakfast being a noteworthy bonus for the price point.
