Super friendly people. Fangfang芳芳and xiaohai小海 were very helpful in my stay. They recommended me places I could go to and good restaurants. The room I had was an upgrade from the original, I loved it alot. Breakfast is buffet and has a good variety. It has mostly everything of an usual chinese breakfast. Love the Hunan noodle soup. Super recommendable. Also thanks for the free cab to the train station! (:

I had a fantastic experience at Hilton Garden Inn Tianmen Mountain, Zhangjiajie. The hotel kindly gave me a free room upgrade with a breathtaking view of Tianmen Mountain — it was absolutely unforgettable! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. A special thanks to Selina from the staff, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. She made sure every detail of our stay was perfect and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

Our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful even before we arrived in Zhangjiajie. Despite the language barrier, we were able to communicate smoothly from the very beginning, and they went out of their way to assist us throughout our stay. They booked all our national park tickets in advance and provided us with clear daily itineraries, complete with practical advice on routes, timing, and what to expect. This was especially helpful given the vast distances and complex logistics of visiting the parks. Beyond their amazing support, the hotel itself was lovely. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated in an authentic Chinese style, with a stunning view of the river. We especially enjoyed relaxing with a nice cup of tea in our room after a long day of exploring. Every morning, they prepared breakfast for us, always making sure it suited our tastes and preferences. In short, we already miss Zhangjiajie and our wonderful hosts. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone planning a trip here, and we truly hope to come back and see them again one day!
