I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The highlight of my stay was definitely the hotel's cafe, which offered an exquisite array of Chengdu cuisine. As a lover of spicy food, I was thrilled to indulge in authentic dishes that tantalized my taste buds with their bold flavors and perfect level of spiciness. The ambiance of the cafe was also delightful, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere to enjoy my meals. I appreciate that the bathroom tile isn’t cold, and the room is spacious. Even though it’s next to a busy road, there is no noise once the window is closed. A cab ride to the city center costs about 25 yuan one way, which is still acceptable. Considering the size of the room and the price, it’s good value for money.

everything....exceptional staff namely Frank and Kimberly, the whole front desk staff and porter who carried my bag all the way to my room and not forgetting the chambermaids. For once, upon arrival at the hotel, I was greeted with English spoken staff...no google translation needed.

Room had two queen size beds which was perfect for a family of four. In addition, the customer service was excellent and offered us late checkout from the normal 2pm (!!) to 3pm.

Great location on a very nice street, next to a park, Sichuan Opera House is one minute walk away! The hotel itself is clean, modern and stylish, the breakfasts are good, there were very tasty flower cakes in the room as a compliment when I checked in. I would like to highlight the work of one member of staff with excellent English, she magically appeared every time when needed and helped with everything, thank you!

very nice hotel, wit ha kind of luxury decoration and my room was upgraded for free as a booking genius member and it was really huge, several rooms, 2 bathrooms, very spacey master bathroom with bathtub and panoramic windows. the bed was big and comfy, everything very good, the breakfast has a great variety and a terrace for smokers. really loved the hotel
