I had a wonderful stay at Phoenix Haven! The location is perfect—right inside the ancient town but tucked away in a quiet alley, so you can enjoy both the charm and the tranquility of Phoenix. Absolutely brilliant stay! The FengHuang Kasen Waterloom Keep's grounds are lovely and breakfast was fantastic. The real standout was their service: arranged a hotel car to collect us from the station and provided dedicated transfers to the local sights. Staff called right after booking to organise our travel and even helped plan our itinerary - extremely professional and helpful. Proper job, highly recommend!

I liked the location and the views of the room (we chose river/city views) and it was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they even gave us some goodbye presents. The room was very cool and super comfortable.
