I had an absolutely delightful experience staying at Zhangjiajie Enjoy Nature Hotel. Located in a peaceful corner of Hanqiyu, this charming guesthouse offers an exceptional escape into nature—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The hotel earned an outstanding overall rating of 9.8/10, with perfect 10s for staff, comfort, and value for money, which perfectly reflects how I felt during my stay . What made my visit truly special was the wonderful hospitality of the husband-and-wife owners, who not only ran the hotel but also had a lovely jewelry shop right next door. Their warm welcome, helpful suggestions about local attractions, and thoughtful touches (like helpful WeChat support and a personalized map) made me feel genuinely cared for and at home . I highly recommend Zhangjiajie Enjoy Nature Hotel to anyone visiting the area—it’s a perfect blend of comfort, charm, and heartfelt service. I’m already looking forward to returning!

I booked this on the strength of the previous reviews and I was not disappointed. They were super helpful with helping to plan my itinerary with an easy map and plan , also really helpful for discount tickets and location is less than 10 minute walk to the park entrance Room was lovely and powerful rainfall shower Would recommend to anyone coming to Zhangjiajie

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our experience special. They surprised us with a complimentary afternoon tea, which was such a lovely gesture, and even offered us transportation when we needed it. Mountain side was a fantastic base for our family, friendly staff, quiet and comfortable, away from bright lights and noise to wind down after spending all day out exploring Zhangjiejie National park and Tianmen mountain. Anthony assisted in booking all of our daily exploration of the stunning surroundings. I can highly recommend utilising the 4 day itinerary Mountainside recommends.

Very nice hotel run by a family. They provided a map of the national park and planned out an amazing two day route which allowed us to pretty much see all of it. Hotel is just a short walk from the east entrance of the park.

We had a full dedication from each person, even prior arriving to the hotel, they helped us with transportation from the airport, purchasing the tickets for the national park and assisttance for the hotel facilities.A 10. We arrived in China by train from Hong Kong. We came completely unprepared, without roaming, without Chinese yuan, without a hotel address in Chinese, without a route plan for the park. By some miracle, a local guy brought us from the train station to the hotel using GPS coordinates. At the hotel, we paid for our transfer, were treated to tea, bought tickets to the park, and were given a route plan. The staff didn't speak English, but we understood each other perfectly with the help of a translator. They helped us solve all our problems and plan our days in this area. They always found and brought us to the hotel by car, considering that we didn't have internet. In general, it was delightful! And the hotel itself was very comfortable. The view, cleanliness, style. Everything was superb!
