My brother came to Chile to see the Comet and was travelling alone - with little experience of solo travel. This is a great hotel - we've been there 3 times already. The 24h reception is one of the reasons - we were always very well received at different times. The rooms are great, huge, spacious and very comfortable. Big bed, perfect toilet. Delicious and various breakfast. We recommend it!

well organised transfer from-to AirPort. we arrived before check-in time with infant, so we had a priority to go our room when it was ready after 25 hours of traveling. also we could relax in pool area!! I enjoyed a lot l, there is cold and warm pool, gym, shower, sauna! veeery nice staff. delicious breakfast from 6 am. room is clean, hotel offer some coffe and tea, shampoo with conditioner. for me important so I don’t have to open my bags before next flight 🤪

The rooms are small, but efficient. The bathroom was larger than Ibis we stayed at in Europe. The breakfast was much better than expected. We only stayed one night but the proximity to the bus station made it the perfect stay for transit.
