I absolutely loved every single moment of my stay at Bidasoa. This easily sits in the Top 5 hotels I've stayed in globally. The most compelling part was the overall 'vibe' of the hotel - everything from the staff, the scents they use, the decor and sound treatment. It just feels vibrant while also being cosy. We loved the hotel, the staff at reception were exceptional. So lovely and friendly and smartly dressed as professionals. The rooms were great and we felt safe at the hotel. The new Italian restaurant had outstanding authentic food with a wonderful chef from Venice.
