The property is right off the main road as you head into Santa Cruz. Surrounded by vines, the beautiful house welcomes you. Beautifully decorated, simple and clean. Pool looked lovely, although we didn't take a dip. Breakfast was DELICIOUS. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Highly recommend a stay here <3

THE STAFF WERE SO AMAZING AT THIS HOTEL. All of the staff made my family and i feel so welcomed, comfortable and overall cared for. It felt like they were family or old friends that we had known for years and they did absolutely everything they could to help us all while being super warm and kind. The facilities were also great, the kids loved the pool and sports area, and the breakfast every morning was always super delicious! I would like to thank the staff Hugo, Sully, Carlito and Alberto for the exceptional service they provided us during our stay. We cannot wait to come back and stay at the Grand Cru Boutique again, we would choose this place over anywhere else!

Everything was perfect but the staff were all delightful! They could not have been more helpful! When we checked out at 7.00 am yesterday before breakfast, with a two hour drive to Santiago ahead of us, a special breakfast tray had been delivered to our room, laden with fruit, yogurt, tea and sandwiches to send us off with a full stomach! So thoughtful! We enjoyed the hot tub and a relaxing massage during our visit too.

A haven of tranquility, with a beautiful garden of jasmine, agapanthus, kumquats, oranges and more. Gabriela greeted us with a smile and went out of her way to serve us a delicious breakfast of fresh orange juice and scrambled eggs from her happy chickens. Her restaurant recommendations were fab and only a short walk away, plus we had a packed breakfast on our last day as we had to leave early for the airport. If you just want a night or two of calm in your travels then book here. You really won’t regret it.

The property was really beautiful. The rooms looked over the grape vines and was a stunning location. Room was wonderful- very comfortable beds, spacious, great bathroom facilities and the wine barrel design was really interesting. Staff were very helpful- we punctured a tire on our drive there and the staff helped call around to find a garage to help us. The pool was great and I booked a massage which was really good. Breakfast was a highlight- great selection of delicious food. Staff arranged a breakfast for us when we had to leave very early for a flight. Good location- a few minutes away from the main town. Highly recommended.
