Kia Orana Sharnytas Studio! Meitaki maata Sharnyta for the fabulous stay and for being such an amazing Host. From picking me up at Club Raro Resort and dropping me off and offering to stop at the shops to pick up a few essentials. It just made my stay extra special at Sharnytas Studio! It was nice, clean and cosy and close to everything. I enjoyed chillaxing on the deck and outdoor area. I will definitely stay here again and I can't wait to come back to Rarotonga!

Location was perfect. Best area on the island. Stunning beach, safe swimming, great snorkelling. The villas are very spacious and solid. I had been worried about noise as shared walls but none at all. Breakfast was delicious and loads to eat. Host/staff attentive but not obtrusive. Very relaxing break.

We LOVED Raratonga.

We LOVED Raratonga. This Island was laid back and very relaxing. A lovely slow pace. No polution. No peak traffic. Not over populated. Lush tropical greenery with tropical flowers. The crystal clear waters of much of the reefs around the island, was a mix of 50 shades of blue 50 shades of aqua. 50 shades of turquiose. A absolute pleasure to swim in. No seaweed or rubbish washed up on the beach. Stunning snorkling. A perfect temperature of 25 to 26 degrees balmy. We found the cook Islanders warm and friendly. They seemed to take pride in their beautiful Island. And it was lovely to see. The food offered all around the Island was excellent. at reasonalble prices. Something for everyone. Id go back in a heartbeat. The many different Lagoon trips on offer were fun to do. Plus the Saturday Market up in the township was well worth attending. Everyone we spoke to that had gone there for the first time ALL said why didnt we book for longer. We stayed for about 14 days, plus a few days of travel to get there and back from Melbourne. I could easliy stay for 3 weeks. The land of a 1000 coconuts, wild chooks, black pearls, big smiles, happy people, divine scented leis, tropical balmy weather, Polonesian Island feast, dance, and musical nights, and a chill mind set.

We loved everything about our trip, our second to Rarotonga.

We loved everything about our trip, our second to Rarotonga. We had three different accommodations all offered something different, all exceptional. Te Ara Villas, a home for all 7 of our family. New, comfortable in a great location and everything you could need. Then just the two of us so in the fabulous Studio Varia, also near new with amazing amenities, a little further out so our car was useful, then some time at Edgewater resort which as a different vibe, the rooms are a little dated but resort life is fun. Recommend Rarotonga great people, weather and plenty to do.

The people are friendly, the fire dancing was awesome. The culture dancing was amazing. The markets had a great variety of merchandise , even the food had a great selection, and the beaches, sunrises and sunsets... Wow! absolutely stunning!

Rarotonga is a wonderful place for a peaceful family holiday. We especially enjoyed the fresh sushi (tuna) available at the many small eateries around the island, Taco Tues for Fresh Parrot Fish (soft) Tacos at Kai & Co and the awesome snorkelling and swimming everywhere. Saturday market is also a must visit as was Capt. Tamas and also to get in an island night dinner/show. If you want flexibility, highly recommend you consider hiring a car or bike to allow you to fully explore and stop as you wish.

Wonderful place. Lovely people. Great beaches. A good place to chill out after seeing the sites of Raro. Good snorkelling and swimming 🏊‍♀️. Bus's around the island if you don't want to hire a car. A day trip to Aitutaki is a must do.
