This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated, and opening the window revealed a stunning lake view. The layout of the room was very practical, and the recently renovated facilities felt brand new. If you are umming and ahhing about going, just go.

If you are umming and ahhing about going, just go. I've seen a review saying it was crowded, but October 2023 it was not, it was very quiet so if you want a bustling vibe it's not for you! I think in summer it may be more of a popular spot.

Perfect location for exploring the Rigi-Kulm / Lucerne lake area. A few meters away from both the Vitznau train and boat departures. Our rooms were comfortable with brilliant lake view. Parking was available at the back of the hotel. Breakfast was perfect and dining room very cosy. Staff were very welcoming and also helpful when we forgot an item and asked them to mail it to our next location ++

The hotel is located in an idyllic location on Lake Lucerne. The staff were super friendly and efficient and the food was top class. It was the perfect venue for a couple of nights away from it all. The location is perfect and so easy to access via the ferry from Lucerne. There is such easy access to swim in the lake from the hotel, as well as enjoy the wonderful sunsets in the evening.
