when we reached the address, the company came and told us they are extremely sorry but the mainatainance work in the toilet hasnt finished yet so they took us around the city for about 3 appartments and we were told to choose one of them. We took the one which fitted our needs. Although we lost a little bit of time, but we are extremely happy with the professionalism and committment of the company.

The staff is amazing, was really friendly, helpful, and made the time there much better ! The lady which is working at breakfast always smiles and offers everything what you want there ! And the guy, who was probably the administrator helped me with wet snowboarding stuff, gave some free hot chocolate after long day in Mountains. In the end, we were really happy with our staying and will be back more then one time !!!

Wow, basically everything I never feel welcomed as in there. The staff is fantastic. I feel they are my family and as if I have known them for a long time The location is super wow. We stayed in the Japanese room and it was absolutely perfect. Nice view, sauna on the terrace and jacuzzi in the bathroom. The service is excellent and we felt pampered for the entirety of our stay. They delivered breakfast to our room every morning, snacks and sodas/beer were always available in the room (with the possibility of refills), a bottle of white wine and red wine free of charge in the room and we were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco and a delicious cheese/meat platter. Highly recommended for couples who want to spend a relaxing and romantic weekend in the mountains.

The staff were very friendly. We arrived before 3pm which was the usual check in time but the room was already ready. We were also impressed by their efficiency as they were able to tidy up the room the next day while we had breakfast. Jean Paul at the restaurant is also very friendly. The view of the room is also fantastic!

We did fair amount of hiking in the mountains and it was fantastic to come back to Beatus, relax at the spa and have great meal and rest. View at the mountains and the lake was superb, we liked salt water and inside pool, swimming in the lake, food: breakfast, dinner any snacks, relaxing atmosphere. Pier for the lake boat was right by the hotel. Staff was always helpful and fantastic. Great service.

Unterseen and Interlaken have a lot to offer.

Unterseen and Interlaken have a lot to offer. We have spend majority of our time outdoors, enjoying nature. The ski resorts around Unterseen are amazing and within just 30 minutes you are on the slopes but without spending a fortune of money for a hotel, as it is usually the case when staying at a mountain resort.

For what you pay, you can’t really complain and should know what to expect. The shared toilet and shower isn’t ideal but we knew that we would have to share. But it was dirty. We had a sink in our room and washed from that and cleaned it ourselves. Great location though! Oh and the bar next door is really loud you won’t get any sleep. But again we saw the reviews knew what to expect. We only booked as booking.com cancelled our hotel we booked months ago 2 days before we got there.

My first time to have this self check-in experience, was quite good and smooth. Not a fancy hotel, quite cost effective and in a lovely location. You can still tell the history of the room, which is a good thing if you like see something different comparing to non-Switzerland hometown.
