It was very nice, but we didn't spend much time there. Our main goal was to get to Zermatt and see the Matterhorn which was fogged in 30 years ago when we last visited. Tasch is the car parking and coach drop point for Zermatt, has a couple of nice restaurants slightly cheaper than Zermatt. Has a train station coffee and convenience store.. Our room had a beautiful balcony with a view of the mountains and river. Friendly staffs. Good breakfast. Free underground parking.
