The staff is amazing, was really friendly, helpful, and made the time there much better ! The lady which is working at breakfast always smiles and offers everything what you want there ! And the guy, who was probably the administrator helped me with wet snowboarding stuff, gave some free hot chocolate after long day in Mountains. In the end, we were really happy with our staying and will be back more then one time !!!

The serenity and beauty of the location are truly unparalleled. A delicious breakfast with a variety of fresh, local options awaited me each morning. Dominic and his colleagues, they are so professional. They take care of all the fine and every little deatils ( room decorations, stunning view, fabilous facilities , service room breakfast, and etc ...). They really tried hard to make the guest happy. I would give them 1000 out of 10. To all guests, just book with them, and you won't regret it at all. By the way, they gave me once I checked out, a nice gift to remember them forever.

Brand new hotel!!. Very good breakfast made with local products. Very nice, big and clean room. Very friendly staff. The owner Celine and her mother help us with local information. The hotel is located in a very nice swiss town.

Fantastic hotel. We got upgraded to a room with a view to the lake and it was gorgeous The staff was very nice, and Benni always made us smile There was a fan you could use when it was warm. The hotel has a pizza restaurant which we recommend as well

It has very relaxing surroundings.

It has very relaxing surroundings. Cows bells and birds sounds are like background music in a spa. Sundlaenen is just 5-7 minutes drive to interlaken and 20 minutes drive to beautiful Thun. Lake Brienz and lake Thun are there to offer their best within a stone's throw.
