My friends all liked the attic. Not only did we get access to the attic area, but we had an outside area, a study room, a big bathroom, laundry machines, and access to downstairs kitchen. A steal for the low price! The location is not in Thun but close to it, but the city of Steffisburg is beautiful, and this house is right next to the valley overlooking everything.
