I like everything here and plan to come back with my husband in April next year. The location is very good within five minutes walking from the train station to the hotel. Very easy to walk to any where as the hotel location is in the city center. Walking to the Lugano lake is about five minutes. Breakfast was good quality and variety. All staff i contact with were so friendly.

Everything was perfectly designed and well thought out from the modern architecture and interiors to the small gardens and the excellent breakfast. Very comfortable and quiet, with great value for money. The croissants and bread were outstanding! Location is also a big plus: close to the city center, the lake and, above all, the train station. What a truly special place. They have thought of every detail! Beds very comfortable and rooms really clean, and the spot is magical. Love all the common areas outside the rooms and so nice how they have laid out books and games and all. Breakfast was delicious - esp the homemade jams and homemade granola. Location is brilliant for hiking. Wish we lived closer so we could go more often.

Great view! You could just sit there and enjoy the view! It’s amazing! We liked the possibility of taking a bus down to the city and leaving the car parked by the hotel. Close to the funicular taking you to Monte Bre, which offers even more spectacular view on Lugano and surrounding mountains.

Best hotel ever!! The lake views, the staff, the spacious room, the balcony, the restaurant (amazing Italian food with unbelievably friendly and professional waiters), the gym (again with lake views), the pool (right on the lake), the direct deck to the lake. There was a problem with the vent (smell from the kitchen vent reached the room). I told the front desk and immediately got another room - with an even better view. Such a combination of friendliness and high-end service. I want to bring all my family and friends to enjoy this hotel, and will definitely be back.
