Staff are excellent. Top notch customer service. Location across from train station meant we were in Zurich within 15 mins. View of the lake is beautiful and a nice way to wake up. Breakfast is excellent and overall a high quality experience. Would absolutely stay again. Quick walk to shops, drugstores, and groceries.

It was perfect for our family - our kids loved the play corner and its selection of toys and puzzles. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and the hotel is a 15-min leisurely walk from ether the town centre or the lake.

    The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location is in the centre and close to supermarket, train station, bank/atm. Big studio, good kitchen and comfy bed 🛌. The bus stop is exactly in front of the hotel. Parking space for car/bikes. The surrounding area are nice to visit by walking or biking. View point has breathtaking view over Zurich lake and mountains around it. It’s worth visit and stay Hirschen.

    My room was very clean and decently spacious. The hotel sits in front of a minor highway but with windows closed the car noise is minimal. Have not used the restaurant and haven't had any breakfast so I can't comment on those. Hotel staff was very friendly and help me figure out with train routes and tickets.

    I recently stayed at the hotel for the second time and both experiences were wonderful. The staff was polite and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

    Very nice hotel, super helpful and kind receptionists, great breakfast. There is also gym and SPA that you have to pay additionaly but it is nice that it is in the same building as hotel.
