Very nice room. Wonderful breakfast with a choice of eggs, nice fruit selection, cheese, ham, excellent baked goods and more. Dinner was delicious, too, and service impeccable. Very welcoming.

Everything perfect. The family managing the hotel is lovely and very warmly welcoming you. PEOPLE HERE SMILES Space and rooms have minimal stile forniture, yet very nice. Beautiful backgarden where dinner is served (Summer), restaurant with quality plates with bio and local ingredienti Km0. All is quiet and silent. Wlan is fast Prime is reasonable... for Switzerland.

The hotel was an easy walk into Brugg, and to the train station. The room was well sized, bed was very comfortable, and the surrounding area was quiet. I left the window open for the fresh air and was not disturbed by outside noise.

A very nice and clean hotel. The reception for Ochsen Lodge is at the opposite side of the street, in the main Ochsen hotel. In the lobby of Lodge, snacks and drinks (enough even for a light breakfast) are available, free of charge for the guests. It was incredible quiet, very clean, very good WIFI connection. Fast laundry service, I appreciated the help! :)

Parking spaces outside the Hotel was easily assessable and a-little walk distance to the Hotel. Modern rooms with perfect amenities. Cool design, loved my room. Bright colors and really cosy. So quiet for a sound sleep. That was good. We took a walk to the old town which was very close by. The dinner at the restaurant was really delicious. Again nice set up and the waitresses were very friendly and professional. For Aarau the best experience. Will be back for sure. Just fell in love with Kettenbrücke given the fact that have been to a couple of 4*hotels in Switzerland. This is really 10/10.

There are 3 or 4 nice restaurants in this town besides the one in the hotel. The train station is nearby (5-6 minutes on foot). And Aarau is a 5-minute train ride from Rupperswil. Rupperswil isn't really a touristy spot, but it's a good base for exploring the surrounding area (Aarau, Auenstein, Wohlen, etc.).
