Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The decor is spot on. Breakfast had a wide selection of fresh dishes for everyone's taste. Rooms are updated and are larger than expected with a nice balcony. Mini bar was included, nice touch. The staff was very helpful in providing local amenity and ski information. They went out of their way to help us with accommodation resolution due to being stuck in Zermat as a result from a heavy snow storm which caused the trains to be cancelled. Everything was excellent! The hotel is spotlessly clean, and I liked everything about my stay. The breakfast was absolutely perfect — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. Very nice aan idyllic place if you like to relax and hike. Great place to roam around and visit other places from there. Zermatt was a bit disappointing, but it was also off season. Nice for an afternoon, but beter to stay in Randa.

Hosts are excellent. They provided all the information by email. The location is great, near Randa train station, 20 minutes by train to Zermatt. The kitchen is old (vintage looking), well-equipped with everything that is needed for cooking. Super quiet. Beautiful view. I think this place is great value for money for people who like to stay away from busier Zermatt.

Fabulous location if you're looking to go to Zermatt, Marco the host was very helpful and friendly and organised a taxi to Zermatt for us at lower cost than train and very kindly let us leave our car in his car park the following day.
