Great room, wonderful restaurant and staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. Easy walk from the train station. Comfy room, great shower and had shampoo, soap etc. Lovely meal downstairs, it’s a proper restaurant that people travel to, not just guests at the hotel.

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay at Gilbert's place! The apartment was immaculate and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal—close to everything I wanted to explore, yet peaceful and relaxing. Gilbert was an exceptional host, providing thoughtful recommendations and being incredibly responsive to all my questions. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. We went for hiking nearby, so we wanted a hotel that is comfortable but not fancy because we will only sleep there. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and quiet, meeting all our need. Staffs are very friendly. Restaurant was great. Food are quite nice. They seem to specialize on cordon bleu because one third of the menu is dedicated to different variation of cordon bleu (made my partner very happy).

Our stay was exceptional. The staff were very friendly, attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. The room was spacious, spotless and bed was very comfortable. The indoor/outdoor pool was incredible. The mountain view was breathtaking especially early morning. The area is quite, safe and bus station and cable car to Sparrhorn right in front of the hotel. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, comfy room and delicious intercontinental breakfast.

This hotel has an amazing view, very nice people are working there and the food was really good, including breakfest! The room was clean and cozy, and the view from our window - just breathtaking, the hotel is located in the middle of the Swiss Alps. It's a great place to stay for everyone who likes to go for a trekking, it's easy to go there from Brig, you just need to take a bus nr 624 and then a cable car that will take you up. I like the idea of providing the guests with a little map of the Belalp area and I really appreciate all of the recommendations. It was one of the best places where I have been so far in the mountains :) thank you!

The walk from the cable car station along the panorama trail with amazing mountain views takes approximately 25-30 minutes. There are many walking and skiing trails available around. You can have dinner a la carte at the hotel (there are not many other options in the village). Peaceful and quiet. We had a double room in the attic with a tiny window and two comfortable beds joined. The bathroom was small, but clean. Your luggage can be delivered from the cable car to the hotel, if you book in advance.

    We did not ordered this hotel, it was instead another one cancelled by another property, which Booking did find for us. Hotel was good, clean and nice, from one side better than we ordered hotel, but from another - like many other hotels, just standard.

    The standard of the room was high and immaculate. With a large veranda facing the other building and parking. What we didn't know was that the hotel had its own beer and brewery. Not a downer that either!
