I like everything here and plan to come back with my husband in April next year. The location is very good within five minutes walking from the train station to the hotel. Very easy to walk to any where as the hotel location is in the city center. Walking to the Lugano lake is about five minutes. Breakfast was good quality and variety. All staff i contact with were so friendly.

It‘s very good maintained. Very good quality. Local products. Location perfect, view even better. Very generous breakfast. Diner also amazing with a lot of product from the garden, that’s on the property. Amazing swimming pool area with the view on the Viniard. I loved it.

Our stay was simply marvellous! Morcote is truly beautiful and the Relais is an exquisite little hotel. The design and interior is really well done and it’s even more beautiful than in the pictures. Everything was perfectly designed and well thought out from the modern architecture and interiors to the small gardens and the excellent breakfast. Very comfortable and quiet, with great value for money. The croissants and bread were outstanding! Location is also a big plus: close to the city center, the lake and, above all, the train station. Do not go to Magliaso, neither Lugano nor surround areas.

Do not go to Magliaso, neither Lugano nor surround areas. Switzerland is plenty of wonderful places. This is not one of them. Everything here is low quality; the worst quality I've never seen compared with Portugal, Spain, France, Italy and the rest of Switzerland. Accommodation is noisy, dirty and poor. Not as kindly as inner Switzerland or as in Italy. Here everything is a mess, disordered, stressing and against the visitors: they do not like tourists. We left one day before and stayed the trip back to our home in Ur and Schwyz Kantons, much nicer, cheaper and cleaner. For sure, I live in Zürich, and I never go back to Magliaso or even Lugano.
