The view is spectacular and amazing. The staff are friendly and attentive. The room is spacious and big enough for 2 people. Bathroom is superb. The breakfast does not have a lot of option, but still great for me. Maybe, just maybe in the future, hotel can add option of "halal meat" to make it more easier for muslim. Anyhow I enjoy my stay.

Fantastic views, fantastic staff, went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Sara was a gem. She picked us up from the cable car, and I really didn't think the car would make it up to the mountain with us all on board, but she drove like a pro. I can't give any more praise for the place. Everything. I travelled with my mum and we both absolutely loved it here. We shared a twin room and it was spacious, comfortable, clean, and modern. The hotel has good food, great facilities - bar, spa etc and the location is fantastic (really central) and the staff were wonderful. We really hope we can visit again. It also helps that Wengen itself is a really magical and charming place and just so beautiful. Having not visited Switzerland before we feel we were very fortunate finding this hotel and staying in this area.

    Kleine Scheidegg is just a marvelous place with fantastic views. The breakfast and dinner are delicious, and they give you a lot of food (I would actually skip lunch for a light snack, as I had trouble finishing dinner one night) Facilities are clean, and service is amazing. You get towels, shampoo and body wash at the showers, and comfortable beds.

    the location is amazing. if you're into hiking, the hiking spots are just in front of the hotel. I did some hiking around at night and saw breathtaking views of Grindelwald! also the staff is very helpful and friendly.
