Absolutely amazing specially the staff and management. Patrick was so helpful and attentive with a welcoming attitude and good sense of humour.the hotel itself is clean and in a quiet area yet it is still within close proximity to shops and restaurant. A bus stop is in front of the hotel that goes to the old town of Luzern. I will definitely recommend it to anyone.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. I would especially like to mention the following hotel employees: Lawrence, Julietta, Fabio, Bogdan and Adi. Magnificent view from the room to the lake. The room is comfortable. An unforgettable magic experience of visiting a Japanese restaurant Minamo with a chef Yutaka Kobayashi. Every dish was like a piece of art. This is like a dream place. An experience you would hardly forget! The location is dreamy, my room was facing the hills with cowbells ringing all day. Breakfast are exquisite, whatever you like will be served within a minute. Service everywhere in the resort is amazing, stuff is the friendliest and the most entertaining for the ones who travel alone too. You can enjoy several different restaurants with great cuisine and views. Spa in the Waldhotel is perfect, clean and quiet, not many visitors during a low season (i was basically alone there all the time). You can also enjoy some attractions around or visit Luzern by boat fastly.

We stayed for two nights and got to climbed the peaks and see alps in the distance which was breathtaking! The half board option is really ideal for us and helped us to secure nice table and food choice. They also provide us free cable or cogwheels tickets for the 2nd day that allowed us to decent to Kriens and Lucerne. We would highly recommended this place to stay for at least two nights if you love mountains and nature. The staffs are thoughtful and friendly.

Kehrsiten is a very small village.

Kehrsiten is a very small village. Seebaumen Hotel is located at the end of a 3km very narrow road, which leads to private houses. This is not a route you do easily everyday, especially if you have big car. You have very few alternatives except hiking and exploring the nature around the hotel. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature.

The property set up is one of finest experience in switzerland, with narrow road driving as an added experience. Most serene property with spacious room and well built kitchenette , most unique is the restaurant where music and people enjoy the evenings to the max... sunsets from here are just eye poppers. Nearby excursions are world famous hotel burgenstock and tallest elevator Hammetschwand and boat to lucerne and back.. One of finest stay ever.

This hotel is in a fabulous location a two minute walk over a very quiet road to it's own private lake side beach area great facilities. Very friendly and accommodating staff.The weather was fantastic but also extremely hot no aircon in the room ,but I have been told aircon is not allowed in Switzerland, but what a fabulous hotel would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is perfectly located right by the lake. Sunset is unbelievable. Very quiet place, somehow isolated from the crazy world through this small road between lake and mountain. Nice staff and good food. All together just perfect for the weekend
