Despite our very late arrival, we were greeted with a warm smile. The room and the bathroom were immaculately clean, the beds were comfortable, allowing us to get a good night's sleep after a long trip. We found the traditional wooden design of the room, common areas, and the building itself very authentic and charming. Our breakfast with boiled eggs, cheese, and cold cuts was satisfying. There also were cereal options with jam & yogurts and fruit to choose from. There's plenty of parking space for those who travel by car. But above all, the service and the ambiance of Hotel-Restaurant Alpina were fantastic. The people there go above and beyond to make one's stay a pleasant one. Highly recommend!

The hut was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and a quiet place, complete with kitchen equipment and cleaning equipment. The owner of the hut was very kind and cooperative. She was interested in the smallest details, even though she was not in Switzerland. She was constantly communicating with me to make sure that everything was fine.

The hotel is beautiful and our room and view were amazing. Lovely complimentary meringues and water, a nice touch. The room was well appointed, a great coffee machine and all the staff were lovely. The food in the restaurant at dinner and breakfast was superb.

Perfect location ! near the train and bus station but accessible to the town on foot. The STAFF are wonderful!! 3 week trip and these folks were THE best!! the hotel is great - not fancy but very comfortable and the restaurant was awesome. Food was great and the drinks were as well. Breakfast was more basic but it was all we needed. WE were given a pass for the gondola system in town and took advantage of that - enjoyed the town as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and meeting the people from the hotel. Worth a visit!!!

Innertkirchen is a quiet village. The environment is great and there is a Coop in Meringen which is not far. But please note that all supermarkets are closed on Sunday. So prepare what you need in advance for Sunday.

The town is charming – there are beautiful views and animals. There's a small shop there, but it's very expensive. There are also restaurants, but it's better to go to a larger town – there you'll find a wider selection on the menu.

A modern, robust, and clean hotel owned by a friendly, quiet, and outgoing Swiss man. The hotel is within walking distance of the Aare Gorge and at the foot of the Grimsel. A particularly good place to stay for cyclists and motorcyclists.

The village of Innertkirchen is not a tourist hotspot. We were looking for accommodation for one night near the Aare Gorge and the Ballendorf Open-Air Museum. The village fully met these criteria.

Best stay of our trip - we arrived by motorbike and the location is ideal. The owner was lovely and welcoming. The room was bigger than we expected and had a brilliant view of surrounding mountains. Wifi was good. Shower was good. Bed was comfy. Lots of parking available. Breakfast was delicious (good selection) and coffee was lovely. We tour around Europe regularly and will definitely come back to this hotel. Can't recommend it enough.

At the beginning I was sceptical about a shared bathroom, however its cleanness impressed a lot! The hotel is located in an amazing place and has a very good continental breakfast, which I definitely recommend!

The location was beautiful and the hotel was really lovely. With a great link into interlaken and beyond if you to use as a base to explore the Eigar and Jungfrau by train. Staff and food were really good
