The room was very spacious with a great view. The breakfast was simple and good. Very cosy atmosphere. The staff was very helpful and kind. Especially Sonia who took care of every detail and question we had, and was very considerate, She even helped us with train booking. The place is very welcoming , we had a fantastic stay, I truely recommend !

Loved our stay here! The staff (all of them) were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel and its surrounding are absolutely stunning. The outdoor pool is gorgeous! The breakfast was also really good. Shoutout to the friendly Slovakian waiter that used to work in Malta!

Everything was absolutely perfect, from the cleanliness of the room, comfortable beds, breakfast and delicious dinners to the breathtaking view from our room. The staffs is very kind and discreet. Very good location. The room was confortable and had enough space. The water in the shower was not so easy to balance between cold and hot, but that was not a problem. The balcony is excellent for relaxing, . The restaurant is very good, dinner was served quickly and the food was excellent. This is a hotel to repeat in Lenk👏🏻👏🏻

Super helpful/ caring staff (I had a sprained ankle and they helped me get around (carrying my baggage) and with my booking + after check out they drove me to the city center) I am very thankful for that! Otherwise it was a sweet hotel (nice ambience), very clean and had lot's of good features (a beautiful swimming area, a billard table and even windows to a horse riding hall next door. + the breakfast was pretty good/ tasty :P.
