The family room is two standard rooms with a common door. The cleanliness is perfect. Despite the fact that it is a roadside hotel, the atmosphere is very pleasant, both inside and outside the hotel. Free coffee, tea, water, croissants/muffins at the front desk. Room with toys, board games and a pool table. A voucher for breakfast at a nearby cafe can be purchased at reception for 18 francs for an adult and 12 francs for a child. We didn't use it, we had enough croissants and coffee. There is a small supermarket by the cafe.

The room is very good design and very quite. Breakfast is amazing 🤗 Services as the gym and SPA are great. I booked a massage, it was perfect. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. The hotel staff is very competent. Andrea was excellent.

Excellent location, especially when you want to use the cable car at Monte Carasso, the parking facilites are very simple to find and good space to park. Good rooms and nice brakfast. Fabulous view of the castle and the mountains from our room and balcony, such a comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning, lift, breakfast, parking on the street in front of the hotel which was inexpensive, friendly, helpful staff and a decent restaurant. Wonderful combination.
