Newly refurbished, very clean, smart room and bathroom, well equipped and modern decor. Staff were very friendly, especially the owner who really liked after us and had a good sense of humour. We had a great dinner in the restaurant and breakfast was also very good with lots of choice. Parking was easy. Easy access to fabulous walks from the chair lift just up the road. Hotel is in a pretty little village with several other restaurants so there was choice. We didn't us the gym or sauna so cannot comment.

Everything! The room was very nice and cosy, clean and with a big balcony., We had dinner twice in the restaurant, and both times we were really satisfied. The view was very beautiful, with the Alps just in front. The breakfast, amazing, all fresh products, and including a fantastic tiramisù. Last but not the least, the staff, probably the best thing about the hotel. Everyone is very friendly, professional and at the same time easy going attitude, always helpful and ready to give advice and super customer oriented. This is probably one of the best hotels I have ever been.

Beautiful view from out huge balcony. Lovely big room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast is very diverse and generous. Staff is very polite and helpful. Wonderful spa facilities and pools. We tried the fondue at the chalet style restaurant, it was delicious and well priced. Great customer service from the young waitress there too.

So many places to see.

So many places to see. Some paths closed for car due to bad weather conditions, but walkable. Amazing views for mountain lovers. Fresh air for new year. Hope to get back to Chamoson soon. Still plenty to see left!

The mountain pastures of Chamoson are not a village, so the area is very peaceful. The views over the valley and mountains are magnificent. There are walks starting right from the hotel. The Ovrenaz ski resort is a 5-minute drive away. There are also beautiful hikes at altitude.

A very nice region and always pleasant people. I should mention that I know Valais well, having worked there at the old hospital in the city of Sion in 1977, where my son Romain was born and where I lived just a few meters away. My wife and I also went hiking in the mountains and discovered the frank and pleasant character of its inhabitants. Best regards, Marc

Absolutely fantastic small family owned hotel. Cozy, large, spotlessly clean room, great facilities, on-site parking and amazing breakfast. The owners are very kind and welcoming. Feel like visited aunt's house rather than stayed in a hotel. The location is perfect, though getting there without a car could be challenging. The place is in two-minute drive from a quite charming village with couple of great restaurants and wineries.

Great views from the breakfast area. There were no forks at breakfast & it was minimal (low season). Friendly staff. There is a free bus that leaves from the intersection near the hotel, which goes to the ski area morning & afternoon and a different less frequent one that goes to the train station.

We forgot to inform the hotel about our late arrival but the reception still left us the keys on the counter with a detailed note as to where our rooms are located. Thank you! I came here for work but will definitely come back for a weekend.

Free parking outside. Very good dinner at the Hotel Restaurant. Very attentive, friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle just at the corner to go to the ski slopes of Ovronnaz or to the thermal baths.
