The place was super beautiful and clean. We loved the room! Super confortable beds. Nice warm shower and amazing buffet for breakfast. We had a very nice stay there before we started our hiking trail the next day. We highly recommend this hotel. We hope that we can come back one day :)

Excellent communication with Jamilah throughout. We needed to add another room which was organised straight away. Lovely serene and calm atmosphere, great sitting room and kitchen. The rooms were super and we would definitely stay here again.

We went for hiking nearby, so we wanted a hotel that is comfortable but not fancy because we will only sleep there. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and quiet, meeting all our need. Staffs are very friendly. Restaurant was great. Food are quite nice. They seem to specialize on cordon bleu because one third of the menu is dedicated to different variation of cordon bleu (made my partner very happy).

    The location of this hotel was ace - simply beautiful. This is because we love hiking. Steeped in history the hotel has been there for decades and is presently run by an extremely efficient and caring team of staff. We would love to return to this hotel and spend a longer time. Our very big thanks to the Reception Manager/Owner for arranging early breakfast to enable early departure and for being so efficient and helpful in every way.

    A lovely hotel in an unspoilt alpine village. The staff were friendly and efficient, speaking both native German, good French and some English. The buffet breakfast was excellent as was the evening meal menu. We took the post bus to Fafleralp (10 minutes) where the walks and views are superb. The younger, fitter guests didn't need the bus!
