A beautiful place. Everything is new in the hotel. Classic mountain atmosphere. The staff is so nice - my partner was not feeling well and they showed care above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone who wants a Swiss mountain experience.

This place is marvelous: extremely clean, the service is wonderful and staff is always very polite and careful with guests. The rooms are also very beautiful and modern. Food is also delicious, and breakfast is a buffet style with good options. I enjoyed it a lot!

Perfect place where to stay if you’re planning on doing the hikes around. The hotel has a large wellness space with all kind of saunas, steam rooms and hot tubs. Perfect to relax! The food is really good as well, very nice staff, with a special note for the restaurant-bar manager, that was just exceptional, looking into the little details to make sure everything is perfect and always having a nice word for everyone, I’ve rarely seen someone as dedicated and professional 👌. Rooms are large and confortable, the only thing I may say is that in my opinion they are a little too basic, missing some charme/character/decoration. But overall, great place to stay, the lobby lounge with fireplace is very cost to have a drink or read after a long day. I will definitely come back!

Where do I begin?? 🥰🧿 The two partners - Connie & Gosia are the most warm, beautiful, charming and generous hostesses. The hotel itself is so special with spacious bedrooms with some having gorgeous lake side views. I highly recommend staying in-house for dinner to enjoy Chef Gosia’s DIVINE 3-course meal. She made a special vegetarian meal for us which is the BEST vegetarian food we’ve had in Switzerland. Chef Gosia also made special arrangements for our breakfast which was all so beautifully presented. Roger who works in the restaurant was so kind and professional as was the lovely young lady who took care of us as breakfast. Thank you so much for the most incredible stay - we will return for a longer stay in the summer 🙏🏽♥️

Breakfast exceeded expectations, we also had an evening meal which was really tasty. Dart board next to the cosy fire kept us busy for a few hours. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

    Location of hotel is breathtaking, the restaurant on site has incredible views and is styled beautifully. Very modern and the decor of the whole place was very well done. Staff were all super friendly. Room was perfect for what we needed, nice and spacious. Location was great for hiking, Uri is a beautiful region to visit.

    The location was great right at the lake. - the room was big and clean - bed was comfortable - had restaurant and a bar - free parking for hotel and restaurant guests however limited places during lunch time it might be hard to find a free parking
