Our top choice in the Interlaken region! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us from the very beginning. I had initially booked the wrong dates, but they kindly changed the reservation at no extra cost. On top of that, the lovely lady who welcomed us even upgraded us to a room with the most breathtaking views of the Alps. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was great as well. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

I had an amazing stay! The restaurant system is fantastic and the food was absolutely delicious. The terrace is beautiful with a breathtaking view, perfect for relaxing. I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Zeit & Traum, and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I've stayed in hotels across nearly 40 countries, and this one easily ranks in my top three. The hotel itself is immaculately clean and beautifully designed, but what truly sets it apart is the breathtaking view overlooking the lake—simply stunning. While the location itself may not be the most central, the incredible view more than makes up for it. You truly feel like you're in a tranquil, scenic paradise. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. Their genuine smiles, constant attentiveness, and eagerness to help made our experience unforgettable. A standout feature was the ever-present snacks and fruits, which were promptly refilled whenever they ran out. The attention to detail and level of care was remarkable. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days, and Hotel Zeit & Traum delivered it in spades. In short, this hotel combines a fantastic view with world-class service. The hotel is in a secluded area by the water and it’s lovely and quiet, easy bus route into the towns and to get train transport. During my stay, the staff made me feel welcomed and there is an older gentleman who works in the restaurant area (does nights mostly, well during my stay anyways) has been working there a few years now! He was very lovely and made sure I was accommodated. I do highly recommend the hotel and chatting with the staff :)
