I cannot express how wonderful this apartment is. It’s very quiet — we slept with the windows open and didn’t hear a single sound except the birds in the morning. There are hiking trails near the house. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. There’s a smart TV in the living room. Communication is great and the instructions are clear. I also highly recommend the restaurant by the lake for breakfast. It’s only a five-minute walk or a one-minute drive from the house.

Very nice owner! Perfect location in the woods. Nice fireplace. The cabin fulfilled all our needs and more. We had a fully equipped kitchen, even a bathroom with hot water. Heating, TV and WiFi were also available. We can definitely recommend this place. I would book it again in a heartbeat. 😊

The accommodation‘s name is quite literal and we truly were at the edge of the river. It was wonderful being able to spot wildlife out of our bed (see pictures). The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, the bedsheets smelled nice and everything was clean.

Waterfalls were impressive. A hiking trail through old growth forest at Spahat Falls was a special treat. Good informative signage of the history of the area. New walk out deck, benches and fencing at Spahat Falls!

Too short. It was an overnight stay.

Too short. It was an overnight stay. Seems like a nice place. But the Ace Western Motel was not at all how it was posted on the site. Older photos on site. Our stay there was not pleasurable. Dirty bathroom and baseboards covered with dust. One of the queen beds if one person moved to get up the mattress flipped the other person out.

Wells Gray Park is spectacularly beautiful with lots of magnificent sites to see. We only saw a tiny bit of it, but could have stayed there a lot longer. The information centre outside the park is excellent and will guide you on what to see according to your time in the park and what you enjoy doing.

Clearwater is a welcoming community.

Clearwater is a welcoming community. We loved the Wells Grey park & the falls!. Local business employees are most friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the food & drinks at the grill at the Quality Inn. Staff were lovely!

I had an amazing stay at the cottage.

I had an amazing stay at the cottage. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations. The complimentary boats and kayaks were a great addition, along with the playground and recreational facilities. There were plenty of barbecues available, and the hiking trails were absolutely beautiful. The restaurant offered great quality food, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Really enjoyed the food at the Hungry Hiker Cafe. Service was great. Did not enjoy the food at the Caboose restaurant although it looked nice from the outside. The service was slow and the breakfast potatoes were horrible. She did offer to cook some fresh potatoes but why not serve fresh in the first place. A refill of coffee costs $3 so 2 cups is $6. Expensive for what you are given.

Our favourite was Yulki at reception who went out of her way to make our stay a happy one (i hope i spelled her name correctly). Hotel is recently renovated and clean. Comfy beds. Perfect for our one night there. There was a small kitchenette for us to enjoy a simple supper and a breakfast on the balcony. Lovely lake with little beach for a swim. Great grocery store nearby as well as several restaurants. Although the highway is close, we enjoyed being a little away from it as i think the other hotels in town would have more road noise.

The pool was great for the kids. Breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of choice and the food was good quality. The hotel is quite an old building but our room was very fresh, a lot of the building has been refurbished. We stayed in the area after driving through Jasper, so were very happy with the price and value.

The suite was very clean and modernly decorated. Good kitchen with everything we needed for preparing a couple of meals. The bed was very comfortable. The suite is in an older house located on a very quiet street in Clearwater. We'd stay again if we were booking a place in Clearwater.

Very nice little cabin in beautiful Canada. It's a little up the mountains from the main road but the streets are very good and you can easily drive there. Kelly is a very nice host. You should ask her for recommendations for clearwater. We really enjoyed our stay. :)
