The person I first dealt with, was not exactly friendly,...
The person I first dealt with, was not exactly friendly,especially when I came back to let him know we weren’t staying in a room that stunk of weed.. he didn’t even apologize,just wanted to know if I wanted to cancel the reservation. I told him that I wasn’t cancelling, but wanted another room. I complained to the manager in the morning, but I would not recommend this hotel to travellers.

Really didn't stay long enough to give a full evaluation, but there seemed to be good facilities in the town to just about satisfy most needs. Little concerning as we must have heard major sirens (could not see front and our room faced a hill) at least 5 - 6 time thru the night.

The hotel was very accessible with its central location. Safeway was right across the street. The room and beds were comfortable enough. Everything was clean. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel was priced the best in town and in the area but was better than the more expensive ones we have stayed at. Very spacious and better equipped rooms and best location

Lovely property by the river in a quiet location not far from Castlegar. Room was exceptional and the include breakfast was very good.
