Perfect and comfortable stay, with family including elderly parents and our toddler daughter. Hotel had all necessary facilities, good choice of food, great location and very very helpful staff. Using the Indoor heated swimming pool in the cold weather was the highlight !

Everything! Staff were professional, the hotel itself is modern tone yet got local art details, welcoming reception waiting area, great hospitality to bring welcome tea also for my local guides really warms my heart, cozy dinning area, and spacious spotless clean bathroom and room with the beautiful view of balcony. Easily can spend a few nights just on retreat mode. The staff were all so attentive and helpful to provide the best experience for their guests through communication.

Thimpu and Paro are very beautiful, scenic and one can spend a number of days. The SDF charged by the govt of Rs 1200 per person per night + mandatory guide + vehicle is a limiting factor for tourists

The hotel is located high up in the hills with stunning views from the rooms. The rooms are relatively clean and spacious although the bathrooms could be cleaner. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dinner and breakfast options and the chef was happy to come and advice on special dishes. The buggy rides to the rooms was a bonus especially if newly arrived into Bhutan and still aclimatising.

Couldn't rate them higher for customer service and comfort. Thr beds are superb. Really beautiful hotel and very affordable in comparison to some of the inner-city ones. It's a short 15-minute drive out of inner-city Timphu with a local taxi, totally worth it 👌 😀
