All staff were friendly and provided amazing service. The facility is extremely clean and the breakfast is excellent. The 5th floor lounge is a treat. Located 2 minutes walk from Plaza Bolivar and 10 minutes from Plaza Principal. Lots of hot water, too.

This is a lovely, welcoming hostel in a good location in the centre of town, with clean, spacious rooms and a great included breakfast. However what really made our stay was the host, Genna. She helped us plan a hike to a lovely waterfall in the north of the city (Chorros de Marquiri), booked us on to a wine tour and went above and beyond when I needed some medical attention after we had checked out. She organised us an extra night’s accommodation with very little notice and even came to the hospital with her son to give us a set of keys and check we were ok. They are two of the kindest people we have met on our travels through South America and we would absolutely recommend the hostel based on their wonderful hospitality.

Absolutely our best stay in South America, the apartment is just perfect: new and clean, super comfy and fully furnished. The owner and the ladies at the reception are very kind, friendly and helpful. It's a bit far from the city center in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Highly recommended !!!

Nice quiet place with with great outdoor entertaining area and panoramic view of city in a good neighbourhood. All the facilities you need including kitchen, and washing machine. Very helpful, kind and friendly hosts.
