The staff is amazing. The man at the Front Desk works really hard and gave me an incredible help during my short stay. He managed to get my laundry done in 2 hours and that was super helpful. The two mans at the restaurant are also super nice, can’t expect more from them. Their effort is 10/10. All rooms have a nice view on the Lake Titicaca, and also the terrace is special. You may enjoy a nice beer/coke/mate de coca while looking at the incredible sunset on the Lake

The balcony with a view of the lake was amazing, as was waking up and seeing the lake through the large room windows. The staff was incredibly helpful, polite and kind. The location is superb. Plentiful hot water in the shower. We appreciated the in hotel laundry service. We will always be glad we chose Hotel Lago Azul.

this is an old hacienda converted to a hostel. high and spacious rooms, classy furniture are still a reminder of its origins. the courtyard is lovely and has a quiet garden. superb breakfast overlooking the town. the owners are very friendly and helpful. it is well worth the 5min walk into town and the beach.

Amazing place to stay. The views were great, the breakfast was really nice and the quaint decoration of the room was beautiful. It was the nicest place we stayed in all of South America the last three months. The staff were very friendly especially Kevin, who gave us lots of information.
