Perfect localisation. Hotel is very clean - room and the other spaces. Very beautiful decor in all hotel. Very nice swimming pool. Very taste breakfast. But the most important is the excellent, proffessional team: manager, reception, restaurat staff and of course cleaning personel. Everyone were very kind, smiled and helpful. All staff speak english very well. We have spent wonderful holiday in this hotel in Kranevo. Warm recommendation! Dorota and Jarek

It's a very cozy and comfortable hotel, it has all the basic necessities, the staff are very helpful and friendly and the place is exceptionally clean. I personally really enjoyed having a small balcony area with chairs and a table and even an outlet for laptops. Also, I loved the blossoming linden tree and the wonderful aroma. Many thanks to the lovely host!

It was beyond my expectations, very clean, comfortable, an excellent room. It even had a smart TV that included a few streaming apps (Netflix, prime, disney). The buffet was very good, with a lot of options,it was even ok for us, as vegans. It would be nice to see some dedicated meals for vegans, some desserts, and have maybe a cook or the chief of staff of the day, walk a bit through the guests and check if all is ok (someone that speaks English well) - it would go better with the 5 star conditions the hotel is providing. Albena is also very nice, definitely recommend.

Staff are excellent, hotel is focused on guests being happy, which is exactly what you want when you are on holiday. The swimming pools are nice. The location is right on the beach. The animation team is really friendly and have nice activities for both adults and children. The mini disco each evening was great to tire out all the kiddies before bed.
