A gem of a place that we are happy we discovered for our stay. From the warm welcome on arrival until the final goodbye on leaving we had an amazing time! I've been to several hotels in Veliko Turnovo and this is the best ever. The whole building was renovated recently and everything is modern and new. The staff were really nice, kind and professional. The breakfast is amazing, fresh veggies and fruit, freshly made coffee and juice, it went out of my expectations.
