We travel a lot and this is the cleanest room and bathroom we've ever been in. It was sparkling clean! I even dared to take a bath. The hotel stuff left many compliments in the room for us and our kids. Kids were extrimely happy! Location is perfect, few minutes walking starts the pedestrian zone.

It was a lovely, modern and clean twin room with an ensuite shower/wc room. 1.5 litres of water was supplied as the water in the ensuite was not drinkable (as per the sign) and there were sachets of instant coffee. The buffet breakfast was varied and plentiful

I was traveling by car and the localisation was great. 25 minutes walk to the centre or a couple of bus stops. The lady at the reception was great, the room itself wasn't huge but had everything and more than I had expected. Lovely restaurant downstairs with nice food and more than reasonable prices. Will be my go to whenever I go back to Stara Zagora!

The details and access to the apartment from the host were excellent. There was pretty much everything we needed for our stay, apart from a kettle. There is a coffee maker but we drink tea and so I asked the host if the coffee maker would be suitable for only boiling water, yes, but then he messaged later to say he had a kettle and would get it to me the next day, True to his word it was outside the apartment on arrival. The bed was comfortable, and also the sofa was too. There was plenty of hot water, the internet was excellent, the little balcony though very small and narrow for any kind of view, helped to keep the apartment cool and was a fairly nice place to sit for breakfast. There was water provided on arrival and also other supplies like teas, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, washing items, etc and there were plenty of towels. The washing machine, freezer, microwave, iron, hairdryer were really useful. Being close to Mall Galleria, Lidl, Kaufland, 2 nice parks and plenty of small shops in and around the immediate area is excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to come back - hopefully soon. Thanks so much!
