This was a very comfortable and friendly family-run hotel. I loved the location and the fabulous vue from the bedroom onto the surrounding countryside. Breakfast was homemade and the coffee was perfect. The room was modern, clean and spacious and had an ensuite bathroom. All in all a perfect play to stay.

Communicative owners, very nice, open and polite. The facility is well equipped and maintained with extraordinary care and attention to cleanliness inside and out. Room equipment is adequate. The village is very pretty and atmospheric. Secure parking is available. Peace and quiet. Safe. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The offer fully matches the description.

The room was very clean, and the host was very friendly and helpful. The room is located in big old family house and is located near to the center or Narechenski Bani, about 10 minutes walk. In the house doesn't have terrace. It's perfect for short vacation.

The hotel is very child friendly which is what we liked the most. They had special robes and slippers, plus special soap and a lovely bear sponge… great details that made my boys feel like the main guest. The kids Club with animators and many activities for the children was the best and gave us a bit of time to have an adult dinner a couple of times, also, our kids were really happy. The hotel is very lovely and the staff in general very nice. The buffet always nice and big.

It is self service check in properly, very good communication with the hotel, they provided check in progress in details in advance. This is a kind of unique place in the low mountains near Plovidv, with a spectacular view of the city. The architecture is interesting and unusual. The staff was extraordinary friendly and helpful. The accommodations and facilities are top-notch. The WiFi is fast and easy to connect. The restaurant on site is top-notch. There is not much in terms of food nearby, but you could visit the old monastery and the cluster of 900+ year old trees nearby, both worth seeing.

Great little hotel with wonderful staff. The rooms are a bit dated but all of them have a wonderful view and for this price you really get value for your money. The location was walking distance from great restaurants, tucked away in a small street next to a river. They provided free parking on site and both our rooms had a private balcony with a stunning view. The rooms are very spacious and provided with all you need for a comfortable stay (including a fridge, tv, good wifi connection, spare blankets and pillows and a cute sitting area). If you book with them directly you get a much better price!
