The location is nice - close to the old town, but still quiet. We used the sauna and steam room - the entire relax Zone was well done and very pleasant. The beds are comfy, the AC works. The restaurant is lovely - excellent food and service.

The convenience of being in the city center and yet enjoying a peaceful environment is a remarkable feature of this hotel. The modern amenities and facilities within the hotel, including its private garage, were highly advantageous for us as travelers with our own vehicle. The availability of secure parking added to the overall convenience of our stay. Our room was not only well-appointed but also consistently clean and tidy throughout our stay. The housekeeping service, which ensured daily cleaning and towel changes, was a thoughtful touch that contributed to our comfort. As a family with a baby, we were delighted to find that your hotel is exceptionally baby-friendly. The flexibility shown by allowing us to use the kitchen for preparing baby food was a huge favor that made our stay much more convenient. I recommend this hotel especially for great location. It is located in front of the Tsarevets castle. View from the room was amazing. You can watch the evening light show from the room. If you choose a room without the view on the castle, there is a terrace on the roof of the building where you can also go and look at the castle and watch the show. Breakfast was good, but can be improved. The room was clean and pleasant. The staff was kind and friendly.

Everything was perfect!!! Probably the best hotel in Veliko Tarnovo. A brand new hotel, warm and decorated with exceptional modern taste. The staff was very helpful and always smiley, something rare for the tourist industry in Bulgaria. The location of the hotel is very good. The hotel is located in front of a green park, 3 min walking distance from the city center. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, exactly next to the police station. As a plus, the underground secure parking in the hotel's premises. The breakfast was freshly cooked by the chef every morning. Freshly squized orange juice, they do it in front of you from real oranges, and hot pastries and croisants. We had an amazing experience. Highly recommended....!!!!

Very beautiful place, what we liked the most was the design and the cleanliness. Everything is done with a good taste. The place is calm and the proposed breakfast has a variety of healthy food. At the arrival we had been welcomed with fresh cuttes fruits and a glass of prosseco.

This hotel is probably the nicest we have stayed in in Bulgaria. The attention to detail, which includes a Dyson hairdryer! Is 5 star. The food was a highlight, generous portions, fresh ingredients, served by friendly staff in a lovely alfresco setting despite being in the built up area of Veliko Turnovo. A short walk from Tsarevets and the Archeological Museum. A special touch is car parking, though in the street, is paid by the hotel. If you dont manage to secure a room here come to eat!
